Our team engaged on a “total strip out & refit “ refit of our clients Marylebone high street store. A project that encompassed all working with Agnes b French interior design teams, building control and CDM. Our issued construction drawings gave a total purpose made & bespoke build solution, that maximised all floor space. Due to the age of this property a large unused chimney breast was removed from the 1st floor and structural support beams fitted. The store was stripped back to its core, so that new electricals, fire alarms, air conditioning, lighting & Arakawa hanging system could be installed. No stone was unturned … new staircase detail rails, new floors and all made to measure bespoke built displays, till points & showcases. All works were performed with minimum discomfort to those living in the flat above and observing the daily agreed start and finishing times. The store has secret fitted gallery rails throughout the store on all levels that give our client total flexibility to display artworks or visual aids. Externally the store was decorated & fitted with new fascias & awnings and all floor Street light frames waterproofed.
